AOTL Florida Fall Fellowship
The National Redistricting Action Fund, an affiliate of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, seeks a Fellow to support the Florida State Director and Florida Digital Organizer to help accomplish the objectives of the All On The Line campaign to achieve fair maps.
The AOTL Fellowship provides an enriching opportunity and unique educational experience for those looking for hands-on experience in the redistricting space. Through first-hand opportunities to learn more about redistricting, assist with research, and conduct outreach to supporters of our mission, the Fellowship is a dynamic educational and training experience that allows individuals to engage in the multifaceted work of our organization.

FELLOWSHIP OVERVIEW
Tackle special projects that arise in Florida, including research, writing, and virtual event preparation
Lead virtual training sessions, workshops, and outreach events
Conduct outreach via texts and on the phone
Provide additional support for general administrative work as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should be self-motivated and interested in gaining experience with political and legal issues surrounding the electoral process, specifically focused on gerrymandering
Proven ability to work with sensitive information
Available to work weeknights and weekends
Able to commit 10 to 15 hours a week
Experience with zoom and virtual organizing events a plus
Electoral or issue campaign volunteer experience a plus
